30 days from date of purchase if you plant

• all other roses
• rohododendrons and azaleas
• perennials
• grasses
• butterfly bush and carayopteris

2 years from date of purchase if North Branch Nursery installs the plants

Damage due to acts of nature (i.e. flood, drought, fire, frost, insect/animal damage, etc.), mechanical damage (i.e. lawnmower, weed whips, etc.) or chemical misapplication are NOT covered under this guarantee and will not be replaced.

To Obtain a Replacement

Bring in your recipet and the dead plant to the Garden Center

For larger trees or shrubs, notify us in advance so we can confirm the availability of your replacement

A merchandise credit can be issued for the purchase price if a replacement is not available.

This is a one-time replacement, the replacement item will NOT be guaranteed.

The cancellation and/or return of any trees, shrubs, or other plant material will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
