Our Policies and Procedures

Curbside and pick up orders are limited to Monday-Friday. To ensure your order will be pulled and ready in time we will need at least 24 hours notice for any pick up orders. Orders placed on Friday will be ready for pick up on Monday.
To maintain our commitment to our customers, while ensuring a safe work environment, we are currently taking the following precautions:

  • Limiting the number of customers inside the building during check out. Please wait on the front porch for a sales associate to ask you to  enter the building. Maintain 6′ of distance between other customers while waiting outside.
  • No public restroom available inside the building. Portable bathrooms available outside.
  • Staff will be wearing face masks / coverings. Customers are required to wear masks to enter the building. If social distancing of 6′ can not be  maintained while shopping for plants, or assistance is needed from our staff, a mask will also be required.
  • Utilizing phone orders & curbside pick up
  • Increasing cleaning and sanitation of all common areas, according to the CDC recommendations
  • Following safe distances guidelines between team members and customers
