Fall Color: Orange, purple, red, yellow
Soil: Moist well drained, does well in wet areas but does not tolerate drought
Shape: Oval, pyramidal
Growth Rate: Medium
Flower: Green, yellow
Fruit: Round 1-3" brown, spiked ball
Exposure: Full sun to part shade
Additional Notes: The fall color is the outstanding feature of all sweetgums. Colors range from purple to red all on the same tree
